Terms and Conditions | IPTV Romania

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IPTV Romania service ("Service"), operated by FlowStack LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

IPTV Romania provides access to a curated catalogue of live television channels and on-demand video content streamed over the public Internet ("IPTV"). The Service is offered as a paid subscription with multiple billing periods, including a one-time Lifetime plan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are able to form a binding contract.

3. Account, Devices, and Personal Use

Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use. You may activate the Service on the number of devices included in your plan (up to three simultaneous streams on standard plans). Sharing credentials with third parties, reselling, or redistributing the Service is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

4. Billing, Renewal, and Trial

Recurring plans (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, 24-month) renew automatically at the end of the current term unless cancelled before the renewal date. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. The 24-hour free trial does not require a payment method and converts to a paid plan only if you proactively subscribe.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time by emailing admin@iptvromania.net or via 24/7 live chat. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid term; you retain access until that date.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: a full refund is available within 24 hours of purchase if the Service does not function as advertised on a supported device and our support team has been given a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot.

7. Acceptable Use

No reverse-engineering, scraping, or rebroadcasting.
No use of the Service to violate copyright in your jurisdiction.
No automated tools, bots, or stream-multiplication scripts.
No sharing of credentials outside your household.

8. Third-Party Content

Channels and on-demand titles are sourced from third-party rights holders and may change, become temporarily unavailable, or be removed without notice. The Service is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any of the broadcasters or networks shown on this website unless explicitly stated.

9. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Network conditions on your end (ISP, Wi-Fi, device performance) materially affect playback quality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Where the violation is non-material, we will give you a chance to cure first.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be brought before the competent courts of Wyoming.
