FlowStack LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), operates the IPTV Romania service. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We aim to align with the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), and PIPEDA (Canada) where they apply.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email, payment reference (no card numbers; processing handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partners).
  • Service data — line credentials, device identifiers tied to your account, simultaneous-stream count.
  • Support data — content of your messages to live chat, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser, OS, referrer, and basic usage logs (server-side, retained 30 days).

We do not collect detailed viewing history. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

2. Why we use it

  • To provide and operate the Service you purchased.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and credential sharing.
  • To answer your support requests.
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, renewal reminders).
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

  • Contract — to deliver the subscription you bought.
  • Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, security.
  • Legal obligation — bookkeeping, tax.
  • Consent — only for optional marketing emails.

4. Sharing

We share data only with:

  • Payment processors (to charge your card and refund where applicable).
  • Hosting and CDN providers (to deliver the service).
  • Email and chat platforms (to support you).
  • Authorities, when legally required.

5. Retention

Account data: while your subscription is active and for 24 months after cancellation, then deleted or fully anonymised. Server logs: 30 days. Support transcripts: 12 months.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email admin@iptvromania.net. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

7. International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in the EU and US. Where personal data leaves the EU/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards.

8. Cookies

We use a minimum of strictly-necessary cookies (auth, CSRF). We do not run advertising trackers or behavioural analytics. The live-chat widget loads only after you open it.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16. If you believe we hold data on a child, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We will update this Policy when our practices change. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
